We are proud to partner with Stephanie Hanna of The Other 85 to bring you a one-of-a-kind small-group professional development coaching geared to help us become stronger, more effective leaders and take our careers to the next level.

This intimate group of no more than 12 women will meet monthly over four months for a deep dive into some of the most critical professional development and relationship-building components to our success.  Additionally, in between the sessions you will have one 30-minute private coaching call with Stephanie to keep you accountable, talk about any pain points, and get additional personalized coaching specific to your individual needs. 

After each session you will leave with personalized, tangible tools and techniques you can begin implementing right away.  The topics we will be covering include:

• The 5 Biggest Networking Mistakes and How to Overcome Them

• Your Personal Brand: How to Build + Manage It

• Resilience, Confidence, and Getting Past What's Holding You Back  

• Feedback: How to Give + Receive It

Other Information:

• All sessions are from 1-2:30 p.m. and will be held virtually using Zoom. 

• 30-minute private coaching call will take place between the first and last sessions, at a mutually convenient time.  

• Cost: $595

Stephanie is a proud WLFC member and has been coaching law students and attorneys for the past decade – helping them navigate the profession, build their reputation, and develop their careers. Having been a prosecutor, judicial staff attorney, solo practitioner, magistrate, and law firm associate, Stephanie understands the dynamics at play in each environment. She knows what it takes to develop and maintain key relationships, how to value people skills, and how to fit it all into an attorney’s busy practice and life.
