A Resolution to Support the Ohio State Bar Association in Opposing Changes to State Business Income Deduction

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) has asked for WLFC’s support in their efforts to respond to recent legislation precluding attorneys from claiming the state’s business income deduction. The OSBA has asked the WLFC, through its Board of Trustees, to formally adopt the attached resolution.  On September 26, 2019, the majority of voting members at the WLFC September luncheon voted to approve WLFC's adoption of the following resolution:
